A QUALIFIED HOMOEOPATHIC PHYSICIAN and a registered member of medical council of Kerala, India. Dr. Binoy Vallabhassery studied D.H.M.S. in the first Homoeopathic college of Asia – “The Athurasramam Homeopathic Medical College,” Kurichy near Kottayam.After completing D.H.M.S. he gained his Bachelor degree in Homoeopathy from Dr. Padyar Memorial Homoeopathic College, Chottanikkara, near Cochin, affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. Then he got his Post Graduation from Marathwada Dr. Baba Shaib Ambedker University, Aurangabad. Dr. Binoy Vallabhassery has been practicing as a homoeopath for the last 30 years. In 1994 he became the treasurer of Institution of Homoeopaths Kerala, Kottayam Unit. In 1995 he became the unit secretary of IHK, in 1996 State Council member, in 1997 State Executive Committee member, and in 1998 he became the District Co-ordinator of IHK. Now life member of the organization, Ex State President of the Institution of Homoeopaths Kerala. Ex State Secretary of I.H.K., Ex Managing Editor of I.H.K. News, web promoter of http://www.theihk.org , State Treasurer of Homeo Sastravedi, Dist: Secretary of I.H.K Kottyam, Unit Secretary of IHK Kottayam Chapter and Associate Editor of “Homeochikitsasastharam”. He has written numerous articles in both the medical journals and lay press like Malayala Manorama, Deepika, Kerala Kaumudi, Sthreedhanam, Vanitha Arogyam, Arogayamangalam, Mathrubhumi, etc. He published a book in Malayalam (1995) titled “Adhunika Lokathinte Vidhyasasthram” (Medicine of the modern world). He takes class in unit meetings of IHK and other health awareness programmes of municipalities and panchayats. He is married to Lekshmi, D/o Mr. D. Prabha, Rtd Ex. Engr., Irrigation, Kerala State , Ex President SNDP Union, Kollam and Ex Treasurer of SN Trusts .He is blessed with two baby boys named Bliss and Kris.
